Agreement to Terms
By accessing OmniBioFex.Cloud, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the upstream terms governing the Qwen 3.8 27B model served via Groq.
1. Not a Medical Device
OmniBioFex is provided strictly for educational and research purposes. The platform is not cleared by the FDA, CE, or any regulatory body for clinical diagnostic use.
NO CLINICAL USE
Users must not utilize platform outputs to dictate patient treatment, diagnosis, or medication regimens. All algorithmic inferences must be independently verified by a licensed medical practitioner.
NO REGULATORY CLEARANCE
OmniBioFex is not FDA-cleared, not CE-marked, and not approved by any equivalent regulatory authority in any jurisdiction. It has not undergone clinical validation studies.
PRELIMINARY OUTPUTS
All model outputs should be considered preliminary and require independent verification, clinical correlation, and further investigation. Never rely solely on model output for any decision.
2. Service Tiers & Payments
OmniBioFex is a prepaid, pay-as-you-go service. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewal. Every scan is billed at $0.15 USD, debited from your wallet balance. Failed calls are refunded automatically.

3. User Obligations
You agree to use OmniBioFex responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and the obligations below.
NO IDENTIFIABLE PHI
DO NOT upload images containing identifiable Patient Health Information (PHI) unless strictly anonymized and legally permissible under your jurisdiction.
NO REVERSE ENGINEERING
DO NOT attempt to reverse engineer, extract weights from, or otherwise compromise the Groq inference pipeline or the underlying Qwen model.
NO UNAUTHORIZED RESALE
DO NOT utilize the API for commercial resale, white-labeling, or as part of a competing product without a separate Enterprise agreement.
NO PROHIBITED USES
DO NOT use the service for illegal activities, harmful content generation, or generating deceptive content.
NO AUTOMATED ABUSE
DO NOT script bulk account creation, scrape the interface, or otherwise abuse free-tier quotas. We monitor for anomalous usage.
ACCURATE INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate authentication information via Google OAuth. Impersonation may result in immediate termination.
4. Intellectual Property
YOU RETAIN OWNERSHIP
You retain all rights to the medical files and prompts you upload. You grant OmniBioFex a limited, ephemeral license to process them solely for the purpose of returning model output.
ALIBABA DOES NOT CLAIM OUTPUTS
Consistent with Qwen's open-weight license, Alibaba does not claim ownership over original outputs generated using Qwen 3.8 27B.
OMNIBIOFEX RETAINS RIGHTS
The OmniBioFex interface, branding, design system, and orchestration layer are owned by VantyrixTek and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
OmniBioFex, VantyrixTek, and their respective officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Termination
TERMINATION BY YOU
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting privacy@omnibiofex.cloud. Unspent wallet balances are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.
TERMINATION BY US
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior. Free-tier abuse results in a permanent ban.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Upon termination, your stored report history is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Sections 4, 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
OMNIBIOFEX GOVERNANCE
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of OmniBioFex shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
QWEN GOVERNANCE
Disputes concerning the Qwen 3.8 27B model itself are governed by the applicable Alibaba/Qwen license terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the main page and reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of OmniBioFex after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
